Do I need an appointment to visit?
Not at all! Walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours.
Do you make bespoke and remodelled pieces?
Yes. Our workshops (both domestic and international) can design something entirely new with you, or carefully remodel sentimental gold and stones into a piece you’ll wear today. Bring in your ideas, or your old jewellery, and we’ll talk you through what’s possible.
Can you resize and/or carry out repairs?
We resize rings, restring necklaces, replace clasps, re-tip claws and re-plate white gold – most repairs are completed in our domestic workshops. Pop in and we’ll assess the piece and give you a timescale and quote.
Do you provide vaulations?
Yes, we offer written valuations suitable for insurance, whether the piece was bought from us or elsewhere. Get in touch to arrange this.
How does delivery and returns work?
Online orders are sent fully insured and signed-for. Unworn items in their original condition can be returned within our returns window; bespoke and personalised pieces are made to order and so can’t be returned. Please review the full returns policy here. In any case, you’re more than welcome to pop in-store and we’ll be happy to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards and secure online payment. If you’d like to spread the cost, ask us about the finance options available in store.
